Personal Licence Course

The Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders is a personal licence course designed for those who wish to sell, or authorise the sale of, alcohol. It is a mandatory requirement to pass this course before applying for a Personal Licence.

Standard - £140

This is a one-day personal licence course aimed at anyone who wishes to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol, specifically those who work in licensed premises or any venue or site where alcohol is sold, for drinking on or off the premises. Put simply, the candidate must pass the APLH course before applying for their Personal Licence.

Full joining instructions will be sent by email when the booking is received (please allow for weekends and Bank Holidays when the office is closed). Our course start and finish times vary, but most start at 9am and finish around 4.30pm – however, please refer to your joining instructions when you receive them for exact timings.

Premium - £150

Includes all the offerings of the Standard Course plus:

A Mock exam before sitting the official examination, as well as access to a live tutor upon request for tuition and questions before you take the exam. You will also receive a free resit if the exam is failed, saving you a £90 resit fee.

One to One - £250

Knight Training can offer a tailored service to customers who would want extra benefits when training with us, that being a One to One Tuition option. This alternative is perfect for delegates who do not want to travel or feel they would benefit from a personalised course that addresses their individual needs and business specialities. The price of the course would depend on your location and is calculated as £250.00 + VAT & Travel Costs for the trainer.

Booking a private one-day course with one of our expert tutors would give you the following added benefits:

• Personal Licence Holders Course including tailored advice & information to help you in the future
• Can be held in your own private venue if required
• Course results the same day
• Same-day re-sit included (if necessary)
• Assistance with further Applications (supported by Knight Training)

As always, upon completion of the course, you will earn your Personal Licence Holders Level 2 Certificate, and this is usually returned faster than standard courses.
